    Add the SR-IOV network adapter to vm(test)
    But i can't power on the vm

    Can you confirm that the host has an "Enterprise Plus" license?

    From what I read, "SR-IOV" requires "Enterprise Plus" licensing. "Essentials" does not support that feature.
