I noticed this on the 4th of March. the "My Downloads" portal, used to show all products with a grey rosette against entitlements, but on the 4th I noticed that the portal only showed links to products within my 'entitlement'. I think it is broken somewhat, because our entitlement includes downgrade rights, to support few hosts on our systems that are stuck on a vSphere 6 baseline. We are no longer able to directly download updates to these directly. We either have to engage the help of our TAM, or would have to downgrade an entitlement to vSphere 6, which presumably would make vSphere 7 downloads for the rest of the system inaccessible.
Was not a good move I think.
