ESXi Revert to previous Version

Hi Team 

I am upgrading from esxi 6.0 to esx i 6.5 and after the Server wont connect on Vcenter.

Xorg serrvice has failed. WE have a Nvdia graphics card. After updating 6.5 U3 it failed and I reverted back to 6.0 using the revert option during the boot.

I Tried again with esx 6.5 u2 with same issue and failed. Now when i try to use the revert option I have two revert option.

1) esxi 6.0

2) ESXi 6.5 u3 as default

 

I am not able to change the default option to 6.0 as I know the 6.5 default option has issues. Any help is appreciated

Hi

have you a standalone esxi server or is there a vcenter?

What is the version of vCenter ?

Before upgrade esxi hosts you must upgrade the vCenter server

 

here, some links about the downgrade, but i think you must update the vCenter server (if there isn't on esxi host   )
