ESXi install on Mac Pro (Rack 2019)

Hello all,

I am trying to install ESXi on a Mac Pro 7.1 (Rack 2019) server and am not able to make the rEFInd boot manager work properly.  Has anyone been successful on the install?  I would really appreciate any assistance.
