It's quite possible that the memory you replaced was not the right modules.. I've seen it before where ECC flags a suspect module and/or a crash is triggered by one, however it's not actually the fault module and sometimes take a little trial and error to identify the right one.
Assuming the server is still under support with HPE (?) I would submit details of the PSOD and your IML to them and let them decide the course of action, personally.
