ESXi 6.5 Time Desynchronization - vCenter 6.7

    Good afternoon everyone,

We are currently experiencing a desynchronization scenario in the VMware virtual infrastructure.

We have a domain controller that also acts as an NTP server and through a GPO is responsible for distributing the time to all our computers within the domain.

However, we have a desynchronization of four minutes (-4 minutes). To put it that way, it is not indicating the time we want.

Our Domain Controller is configured with the UTC-04:00 Georgetown, La Paz, Manaus, San Juan time zone.

Our vCenter with the America/La Paz time zone. Our ESXi also point to the NTP server.

Our physical servers are Dell M630s. Our ESXi 6.5, vCenter 6.7.

I am attaching an image showing how the time is observed on the DC, local computer, vCenter and an ESXi.

The NTP client service is running on all ESXi, we restarted the service, but the desynchronization problem continues.

We restarted the ESXi management agents and the problem persists.

We performed ping and nslookup tests from the ESXi to the DC and vice versa and they were successful, both by IP address and by FQDN.

We ran the nc -z -v command to validate if the NTP UDP port 123 was blocked, but it is not blocked by the firewall.

In our virtual machines, the option to synchronize the guest time with the host is disabled.

We ran the ntpq -pm command and attached the results:

I attach the result of the w32tm command:
