Not yet. I had to start a fresh install of Oracle Linux 7.9 and restore a backup. When I finished the installation, I performed a upgrade running "dnf update". After that, I rebooted the system and the same problem occcured again.
I made a test on a server running a KVM Hypervisor and the Oracle worked just well, no problem at all. So, I presumed that could be a incompatibility between the ESXi version and the kernel used on Oracle Linux (5.4.17-2136.321.4.el7uek.x86_64).
This version of Linux Kernel works fine across reboots: 5.4.17-2102.201.3.el7uek.x86_64.
