  • 1.  Error Backup Image with HP Data Protector with VMware ESXi

    Hi Guys,

    I have a problem! We have a VMware Farm with 149 servers with 2 differents storages (EMC and HP 9500). These 149 servers are configured to do backup image (snapshot) using HP Data Protector, but these 149 servers, only 4 servers not execute backup with successfully, error bellow.

    Some idea of the problem?

    are you able to take manuel quiesce snapshots within vcenter?

    just to isolate the issue, could you consolidate the snapshot with the delete all option in snapshot manager and see if any errors

    Yes, I did it but appears the same error.

    Data Protector version 7.0.3

    VMware ESX 5.0

    I have the another machines with the same configuration in environment and the backup execute successfully.
