    Hi everyone,

    I'm encountering an error when trying to add ESXi 7.0U3 hosts to my vCenter 6.7 cluster:

    "Add standalone host Status: A specified parameter was not correct: info.productVersion"

    Is it not possible to add hosts with a version higher than my vCenter?

    For context, we're planning to migrate the vCenter to a newer version by mid-November.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    You can't manage an ESXi host in lower version of vCenter Server.
    vCenter Server usually supports ESXi hosts from the same, and two previous versions.

    Upgrade the vCenter to 7u3 and try again, it should let you at that point.
