Error 29163

Good morning,
I tried to install vmware standalone converter 6.6.0 on a windows 7 machine.
During installation I get an error:
Error 29163. Could not copy file C:\DOCUME~1\<User>\LOCALS~1\Temp\converter-agent.xml.

I deactivated the firewall and antivirus, but nothing happened.

I checked the folder, and the strange thing is that the file is there.

How can I proceed?

I also tried the solutions found in the various threads, but I couldn't install the product without anything

Part of the problem may be that Windows 7 is not supported on that version of Converter. You may need to find an older version. If you are installing it locally, you might try right-clicking on the executable and selecting "run as administrator". That has some difference that just being logged in as an administrator and running it.
