A message is appearing when I launch vCenter via the web client
Has anyone seen the previously and if so, does anyone have a solution for this please

Because you don't trust that certificate. Either download that cert and trust it in your store, or sign a new certificate from one you already trust and replace it. Also, don't use that browser with the ESXi embedded host client as it has issues.
