    Hi,

    Is there a way in ESX/ESXi 4 to determine the physical address of the nic card?

    Hello.

    Using the vSphere client, select (or connect to) a host, and then choose the configuration tab.  Select Network Adapters from the Hardware box on the left.  The NICs and details will be shown on the right.

    u want to ESX nic card's Mac Address or All VM's nic Card Mac Address. Please Spacify.

    I'm looking for the physical nic address, not the virtual nic mac address.

    also, at the console you can issue the command below

    esxcfg-nics -l
