  • 1.  Convert physical machine to virtual machine

    Dear Experts;

    please help me solve the error appear when Convert physical machine to virtual machine "Warning: Unable to read the block at offset '293,563,158,528' on volume 'C:'."

    the OS of Source is Windows 2008 R2 stander and the converter version is "5.5.3" build -2183569.

    how can solve this problem and make convert successfully.

    Some issue with C Drive

    Run the command "chkdsk C: /r" and try conversion again.

    is source powered UP or Down?

    during selection of Drives to copy , make sure to check "DONOT copy page file" ( I forget the correct phrase).

    i found the solution is shrink drive C to C and D then convert the machine,
