  • 1.  Convert a Windows 2000 Professional SP2 ??

    Hi,

    Is it possible to get a copy of VMware Converter 3.x somewhere?

    I have this old Windows 2000 Professional SP2 - and I cant upgrade to SP4 due to some

    software incompatibility....

    Or is there some other solution?

    Converter 4.0.1 should support Windows 2000, try it.

    Have tried - it require SP4 - - the oldest converter I can download is VMware-converter-4.0.0-146302

    and that also require SP4......

    Hmmm maybe Acronis or Paragon has a solution

    I see... If you want to convert your 3-rd party image to ESX, check the supported versions in manual. HTH
