    I am trying to clone an XP workstation and am having an issue with the customization wizard. When I get to that tab I get an error that no MS Customization Files are installed, so it grey out the options. I thought said files were the sysprep exe dropped into doc and settings/all users/apps/vmware/sysprep/os??

    Is there something else I am missing?

    Its not just the sysprep exe but also a file called (if I remember correctly) setupcl.exe too. The file is included in the download package.

    Have a look at the doc below. It will walk you through setting sysprep up on your VC server step by step in a section called Setting up Sysprep.
