Can't upload v8 ISO to vSphere Lifecycle Manager

I get this error when trying to upload VMware-VMvisor-Installer-8.0U1-21495797.x86_64.iso from vmware website:

"The uploaded upgrade package cannot be used with VMware vSphere Lifecycle Manager."

I am trying to upgrade vSphere with 1 cluster and 3 hosts from v7.0.3 Update 3 to 8.0 Update 1.

Any help with what I can check to diagnose why this is occurring would be appreciated.

Same issue with VMware-VMvisor-Installer-7.0.0.update03-21686933.x86_64-Dell_Customized-A12.iso (and any other iso)  uploading to Lifecycle Manager -> Imported ISOs  on latest VCSA 8.0.2  Build: 22385739.  

Any progress on that ?

I guess import image 'VMware-VMvisor-Installer-8.0U1-21495797.x86_64.iso' is happening in v7.0.3 vCenter Server which is not right. Try moving vCenter Server to 8.0 Update 1 and import 8.0U1 image there.
