Whenever I go to the "Hardware Status" page on my VCenter Server I get the "This Program Cannot Display The Webpage" message. All other tab's and displays (including perfomance) works.

Any ideas what's going on now??

If you log into your vCenter server. Go to services just like in any old windows box.

The service that is responsible for the Hardware Status tab is the "Vmware VirtualCenter Management Webservices". Also there is a plugin to this feature, go to Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins... and see if the vCenter Hardware Status plugin and check if the status 'enabled'.

    I've got this working now

I had to change from a FQDN to IP in the scriptconfig.xml and extension.xml files.

Why I have to do this beats me. I can resolve the fqdn on VC Server
