    Hello VMWare community,

I'll have to migrate my company servers from our local infrastructure (cluster of 3 ESXi with a vCenter) to à cloud infrastructure with vCloud Director.

I will use vCDA with the on premise appliance to do the migration.

I previously installed the appliance and did a test to migrate a VM and all was OK. This was quite some time ago and the cloud infrastructure udated since that led me to have to redeploy the on premise appliance to a earlier version.

After redeploying the appliance, I cannot connect it to my local vcenter, it return me the following error :

Cannot connect to Lookup Service at 'https://vCenterIP:443/lookupservice/sdk'. Make sure the address is correct and accessible.

When I go to the url in the error message, I have the following :

    Toad44_0-1673360700807.png

I don't recall doing any major modification on the vCenter, I can connect to it properly without any problems...
If someone have an idea of what i can do... i'd appreciate.

    Thank in advance anyawys.
    Regards

    Problem solved !

We used the IP of the vCenter instead of its FQDN.

After resolving the DNS issue, the connection is OK.
