Adaptec Snap Server 730i iSCSI Issue

Trying to get a 730i with a ~2Tb iscsi disc setup and esxi4u1 says only one config is available of ~47Gb?

Anyone know what gives? I need the whole 2Tb as one contiguous vmfs partition

If you can, size it just under the 2TB mark (like minus 1MB) and see how the LUN shows to you. Or make one 50GB LUN and then the balance as a second LUN for use. I know that it's documented that you can have a VMFS of 2TB, but it's actually 2TB minus a hair. I cannot locate the reference material, right now, that gives that actual number/amount difference.

What are you setting up where you 'need' a full 2TB LUN?

It was for a virtual library for backup software, I just exported it into the rhel vm...
