[500] An error occurred while fetching identity providers

Out of the blue cannot login into vCSA 7.0.3 Build number 18778458 (on 443), no problem logging in on port 5480 or through SSH

Checked certificates and found one that expired. Renewed it and now getting the error in the subject. 

Noticed Failed to start hvc, vpxd, vpxd-svcs services. Error: Service crashed while starting when trying to regenerate the certificates.

Found all sorts of errors in the logs for these service but don't know what to make of all that or how to fix. 

Please help.
