  • 1.  2019 Guest OS option missing

    I want to set up a new virtual server running Windows Server 2019 but I can't select that option as a guest OS. my esxi version : VMware ESXi, 6.7.0, 17499825 and vcenter version : 6.7 18831049 

    it seems to be supported ( Windows 2019 )  in the compatibility matrix but I can't select that option as a guest OS.  there is no windows 2019 option . what could be the matter ?

    You can select Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (64bit) or Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or later (64bit) as the guest operating system for the virtual machine since you not have VMware version 7. No problem i have this configuration and works perfectly.
