Thank you for contacting Rally Customer Support regarding the error with the Excel Plugin.
This error in Microsoft Excel is either caused by a faulty program or inconsistencies in the Windows Registry.
As the plugin has worked for you before, and is still working for us here, I believe there are inconsistencies in your Windows Registry, that would cause this. To fix this, please try the following:
- Run the Repair option for MS Office:
