    Hi  !

     

    We need help, an error occurred in the SOI ICs that eliminated the ICs-microsystem the console-topology. The ssa.log file SAM server registered the error:

    OBS.: We opened called the CA on 06/05, we send all logs on the same day, asked for we wait. We had no answer yet ..


              Through that fragment of the log it is possible to identify a fix to be applied..

    One of our customers had a similar problem. They used DPM11r5 and SOI 3.0. -> SOI 3.0 did not support the DPM connector. Maybe you have a version problem. Which versions do you use ?

    Hi, christianelgass  !

     

    We use the SOI 3.2 v.3 and connectors are snmp CA-00036 and CA-00005 spectrum.

    Hi Motta, sorry but I have no idea what your referring to here. Pictures would help... IC's? Micro System Console?

    What is the case number you have with CA? I am not sure if you still have the problem but hopefully it is resolved by CA Support.
