  • 1.  Connection Reset error with unauth page

    Hi All,

     

    I'm using .fcc and .unauth Login pages, the .fcc file loads perfectly fine. We are facing issue with .unauth file, it is throwing "Connection Reset" everytime.

     

    This works in Chrome, but not in Firefox/IE.

    The same file loads in all the three browsers in test environment. Can someone share your thoughts?

    Hi Hubert,

     

    It did not help in loading the page.

     

    Also, we are using the same login page in our QA environment, and it is working in all the browsers.

    what are the URLs? (fcc and unauth)

    What is the Web Server?

    What tracing do you have?

     

    The first two are mandatory to have in order to assist.

    Sharing tracing will allow us  to help pinpoint the issue

    Hi Sandeep,

     

    Could you check to ensure that the FireFox and IE Browsers are configured for the appropriate SSL Protocol that is configured for the Web Server? A Protocol mis-match would result in the connection being closed.
