Is there somewhere that lists all the Spectrum attributes with their description?  I'd like to know what 0x10023 is for.

In the 'Component Detail' view go to the 'Attributes' tab.  This is a dictionary of the attributes, and will show you the definition for each one the model supports.  Each model will have a different set of attributes depending on what it supports, but you will find a common set of attributes that most do have.  For example, you'll see in this list that 0x10023=Agent_Port.  This maps to the "Agent Port" setting that you see in the 'Information' tab under 'CA Spectrum Modeling Information', which defines what SNMP port to use for polling.

In most cases this 'Attributes' tab will give you an idea of what the attribute is, and usually the attribute names are self-explanatory enough to help figure out what it's actually used for.  For all other cases, you can open a support a ticket to ask how it's used under the hood.

Correct.  If you're looking at a device or component, many/most of the attributes will correspond with SNMP values from the device itself.  You can right click on the column headers and show the OIDs if you don't have that already:

Ones without an OID value will correspond to data required for Spectrum operation (Polling_Interval, as an example), integration (attributes starting with EH have to do with eHealth integration, CAPC for Performance Center, etc.), reporting (USER_* is for asset tag, contract, etc.), etc.
