As part of our continuing commitment to delivering value to UIM customers quickly, we are pleased to announce the availability of our first service pack, CA UIM 8.4 Service Pack 1. This new delivery vehicle puts the latest CA Unified Infrastructure Management bug fixes and performance improvements in your hands, in a convenient, comprehensive package that is easily deployed onto your existing UIM 8.4 systems. If your UIM servers are running 8.4, we recommend the addition of this service pack on all UIM and UMP installations. (If you aren't yet running 8.4, we'd strongly encourage you to upgrade now to take advantage of the many new capabilities and quality improvements you'll find in this latest version!)

CA UIM 8.4 Service Pack 1 also contains important security updates for multi-tenant LDAP environments.
These updates have been consolidated into two meta-packages, which allow you to deploy all of the required service pack components at once in a few easy steps. Please see the included documentation for additional content details and installation instructions.
