    Hi,

    We are having troubles with out outgoing emails to some customers using the messagelabs / symantec system. (ts.fujitsu.com, chinatelecomglobal.com, etc..)

    Below is an example of the error

    SMTP delivery connection (DCID 52150974) opened from Cisco IronPort interface 62.33.0.3 to IP address 85.158.136.83 on port 25.                 
    DCID 52150974) Message 241336110 to mail@ts.fujitsu.com bounced by destination server. Reason: 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem ('553', ['Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at', 'http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more'

    mail server with IP 62.33.0.2, 62.33.0.3

    Hi Aleksey,

    It appears we were throttling your connections to our servers due to ou not trusting your IP 62.33.0.3. I have now reset the confidence of this IP accross our entire network and you should have no further issues with sending emails to us.

    Address 62.33.0.2 also corrected?

    Hi Aleksey,

    That IP does not need to be corrected as its Trusted and on none of our internal Blacklists.

    Hi Aleksey,

    It appears your IP 62.33.0.3 has been flagged by our systems as a potential spamming IP. Due to this it has caused the problem once more. I have reset the confidence to high on that IP again and the problem will now be resolved.

    To ensure this does not happen again, can you check that your DNS resolves the domains its sending to as if the emails are being sent to the secondary MX record that we have for our clients it will cause this issue.

    The MX records for ts.fujitsu.com are as followed:

    10 cluster5.eu.messagelabs.com.
    20 cluster5a.eu.messagelabs.com.

    If your connections hi the second cluster "cluster5a.eu.messagelabs.com" then this will result in the issue you have. The secondary cluster is a honey trap for spammers and should never be used for sending email to our customers. Your DNS should always resolved to the Primary MX record.

    Prompt schem this error could be related?
    Blacklisted user? or the entire domain ttk.ru?

    Again, we can not send emails to its customers
    You could, to clarify the reason why our IP addresses are blocked?

    Kevin, would it be possible for you to reach out to me to discuss this same issue?  I have tried twice posting to this forum with extensive technical detail (including symptoms, commentary on forward/reverse DNS, SPF, and DKIM) but the post simply never appears and "My Activity" for the forum shows no posts.  

    I tried sending a PM to the forum admin, and that PM was rejected with the following:
    "Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted."

    I assure you I am not spamming anything, I am simply the admin of an email domain who is (mostly) unable to interact with Symantec Email Security.cloud customers.

    I am desperate and would appreciate any help!
