Kevin, would it be possible for you to reach out to me to discuss this same issue? I have tried twice posting to this forum with extensive technical detail (including symptoms, commentary on forward/reverse DNS, SPF, and DKIM) but the post simply never appears and "My Activity" for the forum shows no posts.
I tried sending a PM to the forum admin, and that PM was rejected with the following:
"Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted."
I assure you I am not spamming anything, I am simply the admin of an email domain who is (mostly) unable to interact with Symantec Email Security.cloud customers.
I am desperate and would appreciate any help!
