  • 1.  Unable to send email to messagelabs client

    Hello,

    We're unable to send email to mesagelabs customer. Our server IP is  51.68.146.235

    Our customer MXs are:

    play.pl mail is handled by 10 cluster1.eu.messagelabs.com.
    play.pl mail is handled by 20 cluster1a.eu.messagelabs.com.

    Emails are received by messagelabs servers, but few seconds later I receive error: 


    Reason: 521 5.2.1 Error: True Source IP has bad reputation

     

    I've written to investigation@review.symantec.com , but nobody is responding. Who should I contact to be able to send emails? We have set SPF, DKIM, DMARC and all others customers receive emails without problem.

    Thank you for an answer. I understand that Symantec wants to sent information via investigation@review.symantec.com email and I did it a few days ago. Unfortunately nobody answers the email and that's why I try to find help here.

    I know that previous owner of IP was a spammer, but since I got this address 2 weeks ago everything was reinstalled and configured properly.

    The link states it may take up to 7 days to complete the investigation. Symantc employees do frequent this forum so hopefully one sees this hread. Only they can fix this.

    Has anyone from Symantec employees seen this post? It's already 9 working days since I've written first email to investigation@review.symantec.com and problem is still not fixed neither I received any answer.

    Does anyone work in here? Problem is still not solved, Does it mean that email security.cloud has been abandoned? I sent emails to investigation@review.symantec.com more than 3 weeks ago and still didn't receive any answer.

    This fourm does not provide official support and since you're not a customer it's more difficult. Again, hopefully someone from symc see's this.
