  • 1.  SEP error update

    Dear all,

    I have one problem, like this picture

    i already check connect to SEP Server, change sylink.xml, Reinstall SEP ( in client ), so not OK

    The last times, Data & Time in SEP Server is Wrong and i change it. So now Error for all PC ( about 500 PC )

    Please help, how fix to this issus

    Try to clear old virus defination and check again

     click on help -> troubleshooting

    do you see your SEPM server name?

    enable sylink log on this cilent and post it here

    we will try to find out why its failing to downoad definitions.

    Did you wait to see if the client updates? It may take a bit of time in order to do this...

    Thanks so much. It auto fix. I dont know why.
