  • 1.  Unable to PXE HP EliteBook 840 Notbook G10

    We are currently unable to iPXE with the HP EliteBook 840 Notebook G10 it is getting to the IPXE initialising devices... screen and it will not go any further. the 860 of the same model works just fine. Has anybody else seen this happening and if so, have you been able to find a work around?

    Noted the same issue trying to image our new HP Elitebook 840 G10 devices.

    We ended up deploying a non iPXE, PXE deployment along side with the iPXE deployment. That was able to function. still do not know why.

    Hello Marty,

    It seems to be same problem as described in https://community.broadcom.com/symantecenterprise/question/pxe-boot-fails-on-newest-hp-zbook-power-g10-laptop

    By now I may suggest to contact support and ask for ipxe drop-in that may potentially help in this case(unless you require Secure Boot enabled)
