Ip keeps getting bad reputation with no explanation

    Our IP is 85.25.161.112 and we are trying to use IP removal but it doesn't seem to work. I am trying to contact support but i always get a message '' Grand not available , please contact admin ''. Is there any email to speak with someone to provide more details to solve the problem, because our IP is banned for no reason.
