    Hello,

We are having issues sending to multiple companies using Symantec Cloud.  We are getting the following bouncback:

could not be delivered. The problem appears to be :

-- Recipient email server rejected the message

    Additional information follows :

-- Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more information. (#5.7.1)

This condition occurred after 1 attempt(s) to deliver over a period of 0 hour(s).

Can someone please give us a hand with this issue?

    Thanks

    Hello dflan33,

A legitimate email which has been incorrectly given a verdict of spam can be submitted to Symantec for analysis and filter review.

To analyze a false positive sample, Symantec must receive the original false positive email:

    • As an "message/rfc822" email attachment*
    • One email attachment per submission**

The sample must be submitted to the following recipient address.

    CLOUDfeedback@feedback-87.brightmail.com

To ensure the sample is received in the correct format, if using Outlook 2010 or up, Click the More > Forward as Attachment in the Respond group on the Home tab.

Once you have submitted the sample, please send me a private message with the submitter's email address and I ensure we received it properly.

Did you include Symantec Message Labs in your SPF record?

If 100% of your mail goes out via the Symantec Message labs Smart Host, then this will suffice in your SPF TXT record:

      v=spf1 include:spf.messagelabs.com ~all

Ben. B has resolved this issue for us in the past however it looks like it's back again.

It appears that our domain once again is being blocked by symantec. In the past the issue was with an old out of date blog post that we have since removed. I'm not sure what could be causing it this time and was hoping you could shed some light.

We would really appreciate it if someone from Symantec could look into why emails sent from our domain are bouncing again.

I've pasted some of the bounce back message below.  I'd be happy to forward along the actual bounce message to a Symantec support tech.

    Additional information follows :
-- Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more information. (#5.7.1)

This condition occurred after 1 attempt(s) to deliver over a period of 0 hour(s).

If you sent the email to multiple recipients, you will receive one of these messages for each one which failed delivery, otherwise they have been sent.
