Hello.A couple of months back we had an issue with 553 message responses.
We submitted a few examples and about a week later everything was back to normal,
again for the last week and a half we have been seeing multiple bounce backs from customers using Symantec.
We have already submitted some mail to CLOUDfeedback@feedback-87.brightmail.com

Since we never get feedback on the resolution I would like to understand the following:
- Why we are currently on the list for message filtering?
- What can we do to avoid hitting the filter list in the furture?
- Why none of the other cloud mail security providers filter our mail other than Symantec?
Considering our high e-mail reputation, and that these are existing customers that we have been conversing with repeatedly I'd like to be able to get a little more depth than the standard response please.
