If you haven't done so already submit a sample of an email that's blocked to:

    investigation@review.symantec.com

    Links for reference:

    https://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH82881

    https://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH250089

    https://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH240145

This is the first place to start until someone from Symantec can review this thread and remediate. But your best bet is to start sending PMs to Symantec folks on this forum as there has been very little activity here and support won't help because you're not a customer.

Don't shoot the messenger - I'm just letting you know. If you've already done the above then ignore this response.

I have submitted a sample email multiple times to have them rejected as undeliverable.

I finally got one through to that address this morning.

We are not a bulk email producer and are not blacklisted and are 100% compliant with SPF, DMARC & DKIM and our domain reputation is clean.

This is very inconvient for our clients, who are also your clients.  There is no good information as to why you are blocking us in any of the return detail

Our sending server IP is 68.117.112.132

    Thanks for looking into this

I'm not a Symantec employee so I cannot help further other than what I posted, which you've already done.

    Brian

Thanks for trying to help.  We have managed to get a couple of our clients to whitelist us and will work with the rest.

We really hate to bug them but that seems like the only solution Symantec has for us.

It sure would be nice if they had some way for IT folks from the outside to be able to check their IPs and press for resolution.  I have an absolutely pristine reputation at MXtoolbox with no issues.  To be blocked with no way to resolve is very frusterating.

Hopefully someone from Symantec will step in here and provide some answers!!!!

    Thanks

    joe

I think you should first do a test and it is to disable Symantec Mail Security (SMSME) and try to forward the mail only for a moment so you can check if it is an incorrect configuration in Symantec mail security also make sure of the firewall configuration additionally.
