Our team has a job for one of our business clients that runs once at the end of each month. This job uploads a file from a EC2 instance to the organization mainframe and it was working up until the end of August. It has failed in September, October, and November. We are trying to resolve it before this month, but the problem is not clear.

The following job is just a simple JOBF that uploads a file to a dataset on the mainframe. The mainframe account utilized is privileges and has full read/write/execute commands for the dataset. Administrators on the mainframe do not know what to look for and cannot understand why the actual process for the agent itself is ending. The logs do not indicate much - the only display the INI file and nothing else.
Please any insight can help us figure this out.
