Users created using the EU command cannot be showed using the SU command.

When I created a user on the PMDB server (Windows) and tried to access that user from a subscriber (child), I was unable to access it.

What could be the cause?

What can I do to see it?

 

 

PMDB Server Side (PIM/Windows)

 

C:\Windows\system32>selang

AC> host ABCDB@

(ABCDB@localhost)

Successfully connected

 

AC> eu PMDB_user

(ABCDB@localhost)

USER PMDB_user successfully added.

 

 

Subscriber Side(PAMSC/Windows)

 

C:\Windows\system32>selang

:

PAMSC> su PMDB_user

(localhost)

ERROR: Failed to fetch data for PMDB_user

Check the PMDB error log whether user propagation got any error.
