Uc4 Maintenance Activity to be automated?

Hi Team,

I am still relatively new with Uc4 administration things.
Is there a way for the UC4 Maintenance like the Ucybdbre ,Ucybdbarg  and Ucybdbun to be automated or be scheduled automatic like every end of the month or it is better to do it manually ?
