Could you explain about Spectrum DE152633 fixed in 24.3.7?

Spectrum DE152633:
Symptom: When varbinds in AlertMap are swapped to apply a filter based on the model name, the alerts/events are not asserted correctly.
Resolution: With this fix, Spectrum now ensures that (regardless of the varbind order) the search based on the model name is executed correctly, and events/alerts are asserted on the correct model.

What is the swap?
What is the filter? Is that a filter created in Alarm/Event Filter dialogs of OneClick?

If you don't know what AlertMap is, probably you're not affected by the defect mentioned. This refers to customization of event configuration and might be related with usage of Event Procedures. Here are examples on that.

This has no relation to Alarm/Event filter dialog in OneClick.
