SMG 10.9.1-3 version update problem

Hello,
I have been trying to upgrade to the new version for a few days but no matter what I did, except for a clean install, I could not upgrade directly,

1st Attempt: I am trying to upgrade my current version 10.9.0-3 directly to 10.9.1-3, the error I get is as follows, I have all kinds of compatibility with Disk, CPU, OS.

2nd Attempt: I am trying to restore my current version 10.9.0-3 image by installing it from scratch and backing up the current device, and it gives an error, the error I get is as follows, what exactly should I do, I cannot send a case because there is a problem with the support portal,

I'm surprised no one gave you this. I have the same issue. Check the cause and resolution. I know we built our mailgates in the late 20 teens so we used the version they are talking about. We will probably need to do an upgrade of 4 mailgates: error: can't find command 'blscfg'.
