Existing environments were either SEPM 14.3 RU3 or RU4, and were upgraded to SEPM 14.3 RU5. When the clients were still at 14.3 RU4 or RU3, the URL Reputation Protection showed good. Once upgrading the clients to RU5, they are reporting the error in the title: "
URL Reputation Protection is not functioning correctly due to an internal configuration error."
- SEPM and SEP client versions the same, RU5
- Enable URL reputation is checked.
- Systems use the dark client - no external access to Symantec is possible. Definitions are manually added to the SEPM.
(Edit)
Unchecking URL reputation turns the yellow warning to an error that indicates a feature has been turned off. A "Fix" button then appears in the client GUI status area, which is then red, rather than yellow, or the expected green. At that point, I'd just rather uninstall it, and not use IP anymore.
Any help resolving this would be appreciated.
