Hi Team,

One of my customers is unable to upgrade their EOS product and is still using version 10.x.
They are planning to upgrade, but will need to use version 10.x for a while and are worried that they will no longer be able to access the version 10.x manual.

Currently, they can access the manuals for versions 11.x and 10.x.

Please let me know if there are any conditions under which the manual for an EOS product(Ver.10.x) will no longer be accessible.

Best Regards,
Marubun Support

I don't know what the actual policy is for removing a version from techdocs, but I still see 10.0 out there and it been out of support for quite a long time now, so we don't remove them immediately at EOS.

That said, there is a link that you can use to download the documentation for offline use and long term preservation:

We also maintain an archive of EOS product documentation. You can open a support case to request a specific version's documentation in PDF format.
