 On Spectrum 23.3.10.0.8, SANM Email Notifications no longer sending emails using text such as vtext.com, etc.

We have had multiple policy email notifications that have used email to text numbers but for some reason they are no longer working after our upgrade to 23.3.10    I have searched the documentation and am not seeing anything specific in where to check.   I can reach this text number destination via email as i have made multiple email tests using my regular Outlook email and the recipient gets the message via the vtext.com number just fine.  

What am I missing to ensure this is working again.  Regular emails work just fine, just not when sending to a text number such as using vtext.com,  mms.att.net, or usamobility.net, etc.

Hi @Jim Farrell,

it might be worth checking if the notifier applications and policies are still in place and match your desired filter criteria. You can find these via the Locater.

If that's all fine, make sure the notifier(s), which are separate client programs, are actually running on operating system level. Normally, each notifier should also have a dedicated logfile to look into.
