 Not able to register, get approval

I registered Support site ID, that I got from CDW, from Build your profile.

3 days passed, but no update on my entitlements.

Contact name could be different between the purchasing documents and the account, so this could be the reason I can't get update or approval?

If so, could Broadcom help me or I should ask CDW?
