NetOps Portal Threshold Monitoring not triggering event output

Wanting to trigger exceed utilization Inbound / Outbound for our WAN MPLS circuits.  The target interfaces are currently polling without issue in Performance Center.  I already built the Threshold Profiles in DX NetOps and have set the Violation and Clear threshold event rules for the inbound and outbound traffic.  And have applied the threshold to the Device Group that contains the interfaces to be monitored to produce the trigger events.

Yet I cannot get the threshold events to trigger, no matter what I try to set for the threshold values.  No events will trigger.

I am figuring I am missing some sequence or process that is not yet configured to link the threshold with the actual polling of the interfaces.  As I indicated above, I have built the new custom group that contains the interfaces we wish to monitor to produce the threshold events, and we are only polling utilization in and out, yet we still cannot get anything to trigger.

Any suggestions on a step that might be missing??   I read all the doc I could see, and it appears I am following all the right steps.

This is the custom group we created with the interfaces only that are assigned.   These interfaces are being polled at 60-second intervals per the rules we setup.

We were hitting some high watermarks on a few of our MPLS circuits, over 95% to max flat line.   We have a report for past 24hrs in Performance Center, but that does not help us in the immediate when this type of event occurs.

Thank you in advance.

Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE:  So, I did what was suggested below and I am still not able to get threshold event generation to take place.  I made a new group (not custom) and added the same router interfaces to the group (not devices, just interfaces) and then assigned the group to the threshold profile. And those interfaces are already being polled 60 seconds from another group.  Does this additional group I added need to have special polling setup in order to work, or does the polling setup in the threshold event accomplish this?  Thank you for the assistance.

Here is what I have updated:

And no events are being triggered.  Here is the new group I built with the same target interfaces only (no devices are in this group, just interfaces to poll).

Wanted to make sure to provide the screen shots of what I changed per your initial response.

Thank you ...

End of Update.

So there is 2 things here.  The first one is not a reason for the threshold not working, but want to clarify duration/window.

You have duration of 10 secs.  We poll at a minimum of 1 minute.  So the min duration is 1 min (60 secs).  But only use 60 if you are polling interfaces at 1 min.  Otherwise use 300 secs (5 min) for duration.  Window is 300 secs also.  So if you care that only 1 5-min data point trips the event, then use 60/60 or 300/300 depending what poll rate.

The reason your TP is not working is because you are using a Custom Collection.  Custom Collections per the docs, should only contain devices.
The group admin doesn't limit to just devices unfortunately.

So copy/paste (or in newer version copy/move) the group to a user group outside Custom Collections.
Associate the new group to the TP.  And check if threshold events start working...
