Logmon & Spooler unable start after upgrade

Hi All,

I need assistance since facing issue Logmon and Spooler not able to start after upgrade to latest version.

Below process from the server:

Try follow step from below link but the result still the same:

Hi Ilias,

Please check controller & spooler logs to see why it failed to start. Controller log may provide a hint for logmon as well and you may required to check logmon log files too.

Hi Mohamad,

Did you try reinstalling the robot? You need to make sure the spooler is running first.
