LDAP Security Users Automation

Our ESP Workload Automation 12.2 environment uses LDAP Server Authentication.

The current workflow requires to use desktop client to "Import user from authentication system" and set the user's security group.

Manual interaction has risks where incorrect group assignments were made as an example.

Is there a way to automate the manual process to define a new active user on the CA Workload Automation DE server?

Something that can be done by either commands through API or CLI?
