Jobs documentation

Hi all, I'm writing to ask what could be the best way to document jobs/jobsplan operation instructions.

We're using the documentation tab but the problem is that the information are static, will it be possible to use variables/placeholders in that tab ? ... In this way it's always possible to update variable information on all jobs documentation at once.

please have a look at the "Structured documentation" ( https://docs.automic.com/documentation/webhelp/english/ALL/components/DOCU/21.0.9/Automic%20Automation%20Guides/Content/AWA/Objects/obj_documentation_page.htm )

Also, you can store a link in the docu tab to point to external documentents.
