Is it possible to automate adding security groups to users authenticated through LDAP?

We have SSL LDAP integration in our WADE, but there always needs to be manual work with granting the authenticated user access to the security groups within dSeries.

Could this be automated in a way, for example:

If user is (as in the LDAP_GETUSERS_FILTER) memberOf=CN=ADMIN, he would get automatically the ADMINGRP in dSeries?

We have multiple LDAP groups filtered in dSeries and would like to automate the granting of the dSeries security groups.

Would this be possible also to do through CLI or SOAP Web Services?

Also, when trying to get to ldap user's settings through Web Client I'm getting: User submit failed : undefined error and cannot modify it through Web Client.
