Spectrum version upgraded from 22.x to 24.3.9
After upgrading the OS from RHEL7.x to RHEL9.5,
we have received reports that after launching the OneClick Java console,
it takes approximately 30 minutes for it to become available for use,
and we have received requests from end users to investigate the cause and solutions.
・ The issue has occurred multiple times at irregular intervals. We are not aware of any specific conditions that would cause it to occur.
・ We have received reports that there was no indication of increased memory, CPU load, etc. when the issue occurred.
・ We have received reports that the same situation occurred when OneClick was launched from a second PC when the issue occurred.
・ No particular messages indicating an abnormality appear to be output to the system log, etc.
When I checked here, I confirmed that "Initializing..." was displayed in the pane where the event list and topology map are displayed.
Since there is no clear error, I would appreciate it if you could advise me on what information I should collect.
