I need to download VMWare Fusion 11.x. I've been licensed as of 11/2018. I can't use the current free copies because I need this to run on MacOS 10.14 which the current version doesn't support. I've tried opening a case but always get an error that says "OKTA token is missing, Please contact OKTA admin." This seems to be the only place I can potentially get a response from Broadcom.
If I do go to the download page, the site says I'm not entitled, my account was created new on the Broadcom site since the VMware account I had didn't seem to carry over to Broadcom, so presumably the entitlement need to be added back to my new account?
